Well, for all we know, Karmen is now a slime girl and will reform.

HOWEVER, I did have some conspiracy theory... Karmen is the head of the dungeon, she's "recruiting" our characters to be her toys/pets/generals/whatever. And perhaps the Karmen who just turned to goo was just some kind of clone?

The perhaps part was just added to my theory tho. XD
